Potatoes have been one of the main food products world's population for several centuries. It is grown in more than 110 countries around world, on an area over 17 million hectares. In Russian Federation, gross potato production varies from 28 to 33 tons years. The object research Potato (Latin Solanum tuberosum), a perennial tuberous herbaceous plant Solanaceae family. purpose study select optimal density ordinary chernozem growth and development potatoes during winter tillage with cutting ridges combination spring loosening aggregate simultaneous ridges, ensure formation most developed photosynthetic apparatus, aboveground mass obtaining highest yield tubers.
